Description: This is the largest lot in the subdivision, with a variety of different types of topography. Adjacent to the road towards the southwestern end of the lot is a flat, well-treed area, which is the suggested building location. Towards the lake from the flat area is a large granite outcropping, with excellent long views of the lake and area. It may be possible to incorporate a deck on top into a house design, or a separate sitting platform atop the flat rock area. The lot also includes a creek area, with slopes down to it on both sides. There is a further tree covered area on the other side of the creek, providing lots of privacy. It is unlikely that another house would be built along this section of the road, adding additional privacy.
